Terms of Service

What the service is

VividGift is a self-service studio that turns photos you upload into a visual gift pack: 4K still images, an animated clip, and a shareable interactive card.
You supply the inputs and choose the style. We render the pack and host it for you under your account.
Output depends on third-party generative models. Results vary between runs; we do not promise a specific artistic outcome.

One person per account. Do not share credentials, and keep the email on your account reachable - credits, receipts, and pack links depend on it.
We may suspend accounts used for abuse: credential stuffing, automated scraping, evasion of credit limits, or uploading illegal content.

Each studio charges credits for a watermarked preview, then a larger unlock price for the finished pack. Prices are shown before you confirm.
If a generation fails outright, the credits spent are refunded to your wallet automatically.
Plan purchases are non-refundable because gift packs are delivered instantly, except where consumer protection law says otherwise.
We may change credit costs and plan contents; running generations are charged at the price shown when you started them.

You keep the rights to the gift packs generated from your inputs, subject to the licence below and to having the right to use the photos you uploaded.
Packs generated with purchased credits may be used commercially: print-on-demand products, client delivery, social publishing, and marketing campaigns.
Packs generated with complimentary or promotional credits are for personal use only.
We retain no ownership claim on your card link, but we do host it; deleting your pack removes the link.

Do not upload photos you have no right to use, and do not create intimate, deceptive, or harassing imagery of real people without their consent.
Do not use the studios to impersonate a real person or organisation, to produce misinformation, or to bypass a model provider's usage policy.
Do not generate content involving minors in sexual, violent, or exploitative contexts. We report such material where the law requires it.
Do not resell raw studio access or run a competing service on top of our credits.

Uploaded source photos are deleted within 24 hours. Download anything you want to keep; we are not a permanent archive.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and generative backends occasionally reject a request - retry or contact us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for the service is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for how you use generated files.
You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own country, including rules on synthetic imagery and likeness rights.

Material changes to these terms are announced on this page with a new revision date.
