Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026. This policy explains what we collect when you make a visual gift with us, and what happens to the photos you upload.

What we collect

Account data: your name, email address, and the sign-in method you choose (email and password, or Google sign-in).
Gift inputs: the photos you upload, the names, occasion, and personal message you type into a studio.
Generated output: the images, motion clips, and interactive cards produced for your gift pack.
Usage data: credit transactions, plan purchases, download counts, and basic technical logs such as IP address and request timestamps.

Uploaded photos are used for one purpose only: generating the gift pack you requested in that studio session.
We do not use your photos or your generated results to train AI models, and we do not sell them or share them with advertisers.
Generation requests are sent to our model providers under their commercial processing terms; providers receive the reference images only for that single job.

Your uploaded source photos are stored in a private directory on our server and are physically deleted no later than 24 hours after upload, whether or not the generation succeeded.
Watermarked previews and unlocked 4K results stay available to you as long as your account and the pack link exist; you can delete a pack at any time from the studio or by contacting us.
A card link you share (the /card page) stays reachable until you delete the pack, so only share links with people you trust.

Plan purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. We store only the order reference, amount, plan, cycle, and status - never full card numbers.
Failed generations are refunded to your credit wallet automatically.
Because digital gift packs are delivered instantly, plan purchases are non-refundable except where consumer law requires otherwise.

A session cookie keeps you signed in. A language preference cookie stores the interface language you picked.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion of your account and its remaining files.
Deleting your account removes your packs, credit wallet, and stored files. Email us from the address on your account and we will act within 30 days.
If you submit photos containing other people, make sure you are allowed to use their likeness for this gift before uploading.
